He is survived by: his pet Piper; his siblings, Susie Dykhuis and Dave Kempker; and his nieces and nephews, Randy Dykhuis, Karen VanMeeteren (Bob), Mike Hertz, John Kempker (Kris), Jim Kempker (Stacey), Jackie Dannenberg (Kevin), Jennifer Kempker, Julie Kempker, Joe Kempker, Doug Van Loo, Rick Van Loo, Dan Van Loo (Melissa), Michelle Lampen (Kyle) and Heather Scholten (Matt).
