He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Kramer and Marjorie Kramer; his wife Barbara Kramer; and his siblings, Fred Kramer, Sally Bettiga and Mary Lockwood.

He is survived by: his children, Larry Kramer, Karen Kramer and Carla Kramer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
