He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald J Southworth and Caroline Betty Southworth (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Elaine Southworth (Prins); his children, Erik Southworth and Lori Southworth; his siblings, Rian Southworth (Christine), Shari Rupp (Ed) and Timothy Southworth; and his grandsons, Sean and Trevor Blackburn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
