She was predeceased by: her son Brian VanDam; her parents, Harold Sr. Orman and Fannie Van Orman; and her brothers, Harold Jr. and David Van Orman.
She is survived by: her husband Howard "Howie" VanDam; her children, Todd and Michelle; and her grandchildren, Michael, Marissa, Lauren, Nick, Johnathon and Brayden. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins.
