Though Cecil may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Cecil touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Williams (Miskimmin) and Frank Lee Williams; and his siblings, James Doyle Williams (Wilma Barnett) and Helen Nadine Schuster (Donald Schuster). He is survived by: his wife Bette (Bette); and his children, Anne Williams (Steve Portigal) and Tom Williams (Sally Steuer). He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hope Church (77 W 11th St, Holland, MI 49423).
