He is survived by: his children, Donna Essebaggers (Bruce), Nancy Boerema (Terry), Gail Punt (Jim) and Thomas De Horn (Gwen); his grandchildren, Jodi Blanton, Robin Hollebeek (Matt), Meg Gillette (Aaron), Chad Essebaggers (Julie), Todd Boerema (Jenn), Nicholas Punt (Abigail), Nathan De Horn (Liz), Grace De Horn (Zach Amico), Christopher Punt (Sydney) and Sarah De Horn; and his sister Sas Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
