He is survived by: his wife Kimberly (Beelen); his children, Katherine, Clifford Matthews, Megan Sall and Abigail Sall; his siblings, Loren, Sandy Sall, Wayne, Joyce Sall, Lana and David Hasper; and his parents-in-law, Mary Beelen, Mark, Nancy Beelen, Lynn Beelen and Steven. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to Holland Christian Schools.
