He is survived by: his wife Joyce "Elaine" Van Dam; his children, Tammy Fuller (Ken), Tom Van Dam (Stephanie), Diane Vander Berg (Mark), Kraig Grotenhuis (Susan) and Kathy Marble; his grandchildren, Alyssa Castillo, Hailey Van Laar (Dan), Darian Guile, Silas Van Dam, Cheyenne Merkt, Madison Wakefield, Carin Ariss (David), Jason Mulder, Ashley Grotenhuis, Tyler Grotenhuis and Kyle Carman; his great grandchildren, Emery, Archer, Ezra, Jacob, Reece, Emmeline, Elise and Hudson; his siblings, Carol Bos and John Van Dam (Judy); and his in-laws, Barbara LePoire and Mike Batjes (Karen).
