He is survived by: his wife Carole Radloff; his children, Frederick Lake (Amy), Barbara Werley (Michael) and Sandra Lake; his grandchildren, Austin Werley, Tom Lake, Murphy Werley, Sam Lake and Caroline Lake; and his brothers, Carl Lake and Thomas Lake. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
