He was predeceased by: his parents, David and Rayma (Hughes); his grandchild Kyle Baker; his sister Deborah Moore; his parents-in-law, Wayne and Mary Schaeffer; his siblings-in-law, Mary Bejarano, James Schaeffer, Wayne Schaeffer and Paul Holle; and his nieces, Janice Bejarano, Patricia Dunn and Nikkole Riojas.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Moore; his daughters, Chenoah Moore and Jennifer Achterhof (Scott); his pet Teddy; his grandchildren, Tyler Baker, Ashley Baker, Austin Achterhof and Preston Achterhof; his siblings, Richard Moore of Indiana, Donald Moore of Holland, Mark Moore (Shirley) of Holland, Rayma Sawyers and Trudy Bernard (David); and his siblings-in-law, Anita Holle, Rose Zych (Ed) of Holland, Steve Schaeffer (Lisa), Henry Bejarano and Thomas Schaeffer (Rita). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
