Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Donald leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Vandenberg and Josephine Vandenberg (Tillema). He is survived by: his wife Helen VanFarowe; his children, Jane VanMaaren (Rick) of Gibbsville, WI, Mary Cupery (Dennis) of Fennville, Carol Brook (Richard) of Grand Haven, Daniel Vandenberg of Chicago and Ruth Pratt of Holland; and his sister-in-law June VanFarowe. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lakeshore Vineyard Church (710 Central Ave, Holland, MI 49423). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
