She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Arthur Green and Sue Cate Green; her brothers, Robert and Daniel Green; and her former husband James H. Bolthouse.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis P. Kaleugher; her children, Scott Bolthouse (Gwen) of Holland, Julie Mass (Jeff) of Zeeland and Amy Brillhart (David) of Jenison; her siblings, William Green (Cheryl) and Lucy McGraw (Mick); her grandchildren, Connor Bolthouse (Bethany), Alex Bolthouse (Emily), Alison Young (Kory) of Lanae Mass, Mallory and Rachel Brillhart; and her great grandchild Elliot Bolthouse.
