She is survived by: her sister Patricia; her husband Donald Lampen; her daughter Dawn Poel (Roger); her grandchildren, Sanders, Sawyer and Sophia; her son David Lampen (Tracie); her grandchild Jonny (Casey); her great grandchild Henry Lampen; her granddaughter Christine Boatman (Mitch); her son Daniel Lampen (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Alec and Daniella; her sons, Doug Lampen (Mayra) and Dean Lampen (Meagan); and her grandchildren, Parker and Brooks.

The family requests that donations be made to Kids Hope (which Donna was actively involved in) and Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
