She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dick Perkins; her sons, Rick (Robin), Ron (Jayne), Mark (Kathy) and Paul (Nelia); her siblings, Dave Johnson (Lois), Bill Johnson (Beverly) and Carol Berghorst (Gene); and her grandchildren, Kate Livchin (Albert), Ann Scalia (Ryan), Emma Cannon (Brian), Lucas Perkins (Melody), Ashley Perkins, Jessica Perkins, Danielle Perkins and Zachary Perkins.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Donna's name to Hospice of Holland.
