He is survived by: his wife Mari VanderZwaag; his children, Kathy Kooiker (Dale), Rob Visser (Danae), Jodi Diemer (Shawn), Mitch Visser (Lindsey), Laurie TerHaar (Jon) and Jon; his grandchildren, John, Jeff, Katie, Kari Kooiker, Abbie, Josh, Erika Diemer, Elizabeth, Ben Visser, Aaron, Brian, Carly TerHaar and Nathan Visser; and his brother-in-law Dave VanderZwaag.
