He was predeceased by: his wife Shar; his parents, Merrill Rotman and Leona Rotman; his siblings-in-law, Jayne Rotman and Darryl Scott; and his pet Caeser.
He is survived by: his children, Kent (Heather Blevins), Steve (Lisa Rotman), Melissa (Tony Knight), Renee (Don Buckley), Anne Marie (John Holder) and Amanda (Alex Polhman); his siblings, Dennis Rotman, Luanne Berghorst, Doug and Sally Rotman; and his sisters-in-law, Rebecca Lohone and Valorie Scott. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Ottawa County Medical Reserve Corps.
