It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Lee Koops (Holland, Michigan), who passed away on September 30, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his brother Dr. Hugh Koops; his brothers-in-law, Stanley Sluiter, Dr. Paul Brink and Wayne Westveld; his grandson Dalton Koops; and his son-in-law Jamie Pratt.
He is survived by : his wife Sharon Koops (Deters); his children, Chris DeVisser (Paul), Paula Pratt, Kurt Koops (Kelly) and Karla Fikse (Paul); his grandchildren, Cara Williams (David), Kelly Nadeau (Adam), Ashley Mulholland (Steven), Elyse Molenhouse (Bob), Hannah Schroll (Tim), Cameron Pratt (Allison), Cassandra Koops, Braydon Koops, Emma Fikse, Sara Fikse and Ethan Fikse; his great grandchildren, Zeke, Lex, Cadence Williams, Margaret, John, Bobby Molenhouse, Leo, Oliver Mulholland and Clara Schroll; and his mothers-in-law, Marilyn Koops, Joyce Sluiter, Karen Brink, Wanda Westveld and Deb VanFassen (Chuck). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
