He is survived by: his wife Sally; his sons, Joseph Perez and Michael Perez; his father Reverend Eleazar Perez, Sr.; his siblings, Moses Perez (Jackie), Ben Perez (Lucy), Debra Salguero (Byron), Rob Perez (Christa) and Elly Espinoza (Paul); and his parents-in-law, Joan Bosch, Susan Ellis (Tim) and Tom Bosch (Traci). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
