He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Cornell Howe and Urilla "Rilla" Naomi Ramsey Howe; his siblings, Henry Howe and Eunice Howe (Croft); and his former wife Elizabeth Eugenia Powell Howe.
He is survived by: his children, Bettye Jo Howe Fields (Bob) and Mark Warren Howe (Debi); and his stepchildren, Karin Larsen Dubbles (Forrest), Chris Larsen (Mary) and Eric Larsen (Nancy). He is also survived by step-grandchildren and many great and step-great grandchildren.
