He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Garcia and Guadalupe Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Lisa, Steve Veele, Dina and Patrick Cunnington; his grandchildren, Patrick Cunnington II and Amelia Cunnington; his siblings, Arthur (Piedad Garcia), Thelma (Michael Castenda), Edward (Nilda Garcia) and Robert Garcia; and his in-laws, Eva, Guadalupe Martinez, Viola Valderas and Ayda Duran. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and cousins.
