She was predeceased by : her husband Harold; her children, Marlene and Paul; her grandson Dylan Compagner; and her son-in-law Jeffery Englesman.

She is survived by : her children, Keith, Barb Hulst, Sue, Larry Overweg, Jan and Bill Gruppen; and her daughter-in-law Denise Hulst. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home (315 E 16th St, Holland, MI 49423). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Maranatha Christian Reformed Church (918 Central Ave, Holland, MI 49423).

Memorial contributions may be given to Holland Christian Schools Tuition Grant Fund and Unity Christian Schools Tuition Grant Fund.
