He was predeceased by: his son Kurt. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; and his siblings-in-law, Jo Ann Hoek, Luann Keizer, Sheryl Hossink, Lynn, Larry Kleinheksel, Ron and Tammy Witteveen. He is also survived by his children, 7 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
