He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Ruthann Mummert) and David (Michelle Mummert); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Daniel Sullivan, Gabrielle Mummert, Noah, Taite Mummert, Lauren Nery and Olivia Nery; his great grandchild Theodore Sullivan; his sister Francis (Gary Wolfe); and his sibling's children, Tammy (Jeff Fallon) and Tim Wolfe.
