With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hilda Manting of Holland, Michigan, who passed away on May 10, 2025 at the age of 105. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Meeteren and Maggie Van Meeteren (Smith); her husband Harold Manting; and her brothers, Larry Van Meeteren (Dorothy) and Alvin Van Meeteren (Alice).
She is survived by: her children, Joan Knapp (Wesley) of Allegan, MI and David Manting (Kathy) of Longmont, CO; her grandchildren, Kristi Myers, Jennifer Wedge (Eddie), Katie Kirk (Jim), Elizabeth Banyon (Brendan) and Jeffrey Brent; and her great grandchildren, Prestyn, Luke, Sawyer, James, Rory, Austin, Denver, Rowan and Julian. She is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
