He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Hertz and Dena Hertz (Bos); and his siblings, Elaine (Dale Boes) and Ron (Ruth Hertz). He is survived by: his sister Karen (Terry Brink). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
