He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jim Lacey and Suzanne Lacey; and his parents, Donna Lacey and James Lacey. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lacey; his son Alan Lacey; his daughter-in-law Kelly Lacey; his grandson Ian Lacey; his brother Steve Lacey; and his sister-in-law Joyce Lacey.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made in Jack's memory to the Holland Library, where he spent many hours.
