He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dams; and his daughters, Joy (James Stegink), Kathryn (Bart Hibbard), Sharon (Ken Howell) and Heather (Kristopher Fernhout). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
