He is survived by: his wife Carol De Koster of Zeeland; his children, Kim Van Wingen (Tom) and Lisa Kingma (David); his grandchildren, Emily, Jack Van Wingen, Josiah and Brianna Kingma; and his sister Myrna Steelandt (Steve).
