Jack Robert Buikema Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jack Robert Buikema of Holland, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 26, 2024 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Perry (Isla) and Joan Perry; and his siblings, Roger Buikema, Deb Polinsky and Steve Polinsky.

He is survived by: his wife Terri; his sons, Jacob Buikema, Joshua Buikema (Nikki) and Joseph Buikema (Nicole); his grandchildren, Lorelei, Cassandra, Morgan, Emma, Molly, Robert, Landon, Carter, Hailey and Erron; and his siblings, Claudia Ganzevoort (Glenn), Tami Elzinga (Rick) and Kyle Buikema (Debbie).

Memorial contributions in Jack's honor can be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Autism Society.
