She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harm Huisman and Ann Huisman; her brother Oege; her husband Harry Newhouse; her granddaughter Elizabeth; her son-in-law Casey Marek; her daughter Ann; her son-in-law John Snikkers; her parents-in-law, Jan and Grace Van Niejenhuis; her siblings, Wieda Karsten (John) and Andy Huisman (Mary); her children, John Newhouse (Paula), Harrison Newhouse (Debra), Bill Van Niejenhuis (Martha), Rich Newhouse (Emily) and Grace Snikkers; her son-in-law Curt Veenstra; her grandson Christopher Veenstra (Amber); her children, Brian Veenstra (Bernadette), Jonathon Veenstra (Brenda), Ericka Bolluyt (Dan), Rebecca Osterhaven (Nick), Rachel Arredondo (Jaime), Ian Veenstra (Anna) and Eric Newhouse (Becky); her grandchild Rishon Kimber (Elina); her daughter Crystal Kimber; her granddaughter Marissa Vandenberg (Cliff); her children, Jonathan Snikkers (Autum), Carrie Billin (Zac), Tom Snikkers (Megan), Steffani VanderWeide (Zach), Joseph Newhouse (Laura), Jackie Swinney (Matt), Hannah Johnson (Jeff), James Newhouse, Kathryn Newhouse, William VanNiejenhuis, Anna Van Niejenhuis, Amanda VanNiejenhuis, Jessica Newhouse and Meghan Newhouse; Harm and Anne Huisman. She was also cherished by six children they welcomed 35 grand children and 57 great grand children.
Memorial contributions may be given to Right to Life Education fund and Samaritan's Purse.
