He was predeceased by: his wife Lisa Knooihuizen; and his birth mother Cindy McDermott. He is survived by: his parents, Pieter Knooihuizen and Arloa Knooihuizen of Bozeman, MT; his siblings, Michelle Daniels of Holland, MI, Sara Elushik (Christopher) of Bozeman, MT, Pieter Knooihuizen (Judy) of Fruitport, MI and Scott Knooihuizen; and his in-laws, Tom Steigenga (Susan) of Holland and Matt Steigenga (Allison) of East Lansing. He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
