He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth and Timothy Dennis Sullivan of Tipperary; his brother Timothy Sullivan; and his cousin Patrick Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Sullivan; his children, Elizabeth Sullivan, Katherine Sullivan (Jacob Guiser), James Sullivan and Patrick Sullivan (Amy Sullivan); his grandchildren, Julianna Pasquali, Josephine, Timothy Guiser, Maeve and Rorie Sullivan; and his sister Margaret Fink.
