She is survived by : her husband Roy Simmons; her children, Janet Berghorst (Rick), Dean Day, Brandi Halfer (David) and Mandy Devree (Rick); her grandchildren, Jeff Slager (Kim), Ryan Slager, Eric Day (Victoria) and Ashley Day; her great grandchildren, Maria (Vinny), Erika (Jacob), Nick, Timmy, Sylus, Cooper and Evihn; her brothers, Keith Hayes (Diane), Chuck Hayes (Kaylynn) and Ron Hayes; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Simmons (Lynda), Dale Simmons (Pam) and Betty Billings (Tom). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
