He was predeceased by: his sisters, Carolyn (Dave Vander Haar) and Shirley (Bernie Greving). He is survived by: his wife Gerri; his children, Janna (Brad Rudich), Jim (Dawn Bush) and John (Rachel Bush); his brother Verne; and his sisters-in-law, Ann Geenen, Henne Smeenge and Vickie Broekhuizen.
