He is survived by: his wife AJ Bouwkamp; his children, Kelli Beyer (Scott), Kerry Bouwkamp (Diane), Kristine Kane (Todd) and Tamara Brunsell (Brian); his grandchildren, Nicole Beelen (Jordan), Megan Beyer (Ryan Dreyer), Anthony Kane (Jesseca), Jade Pietrangelo (Michael), Jacob Bouwkamp and Zachary Bouwkamp; his sister Janice Bouwkamp; and his siblings-in-law, Randall Jansen (Diane), Rev. Ben Jansen Jr. (Carol) and Delores Bouwkamp. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given in Jerry's honor to Holland Christian Schools.
