She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ball and Jacqueline Ball; and her father-in-law Herbert Boehm. She is survived by: her husband Steven Boehm; her children, Rebecca Gurk (Shawn), Jennifer Wells (Keith), Sarah Smith (Nate) and Andrew Boehm (Erika); her grandchildren, Adrianna, Eliza, Caleb, Colin, Rachel, Tobias, Eden, Carter and Bria; her siblings, Dennis Ball (Janet) and Sue Harrington (Scott); her sisters-in-law, Lori Lawrence (Chuck) and Deborah Boehm; and her mother-in-law Shirley Boehm. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
