He is survived by: his wife Kenlynn Bellis; his children, Austin Bellis, Michael, Chelsea Bellis, Ryan Bellis (Cassidy), Zach Bellis, John Bellis and Kylee Bellis; his mother Vivian "Skip" (Bob Kasprzak); his brother Matt (Malissa Bellis); and his siblings-in-law, Deb, Gen Ostrom, Kenneth Ostrom and Christina Galassi.
