He was predeceased by: his brother Kenneth Hokse; his brother-in-law Ronald Kouw; and his nephew Jeff Kouw. He is survived by: his sister Donna Kouw of Baldwin; his sister-in-law Wanda Hokse of Holland; his niece Linda Hamelink (Rob); and his nephews, Paul Hokse, Wayne Hokse and Roger Hokse (Laurie).
