He was predeceased by: his father Jerell; and his grandparents, Helen and Bill. He is survived by: his wife Delisa; his daughter Kaylyn; the mother of his child Kayla; his mother Edith Phillips (Dave); his stepchildren, Oscar and Marisa; his siblings, Elizabeth, Rebecca (Brent), Wanda, Sherry, Jerry (Chris), Lori (Joe), Julie and Barbara; his uncle Tom; his aunt Ruby; his stepsiblings, Nancy (Doug), Amanda (Jerry), Dave Jr. and Marv (Kathy); and his sisters, Christina and Joanne. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and great-great nieces.
Memorial donations can be made toward the funeral expenses.
