She was predeceased by: her son Brian; and her siblings, Clarine Barkel, Kenneth Gunneman and Roger Gunneman. She is survived by: her husband Nelson; her children, Reed Sneller (Cindy), Vicki Swamy (Eddy), Kim Nykamp (Phil) and Todd Sneller (Gina); her grandchildren, Troy Sneller, Jon Nykamp and Jared Nykamp; and her siblings-in-law, Alma Gunneman of Carol Gunneman and Vern Barkel (Joyce). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Holland or the Helen Devos Children's Hospital.
