She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Cook; and her siblings, Jim Vander Wall and Sue Berkenpas. She is survived by: her children, Rachel Rice, Mark Cook and Anna Cook; her grandchildren, Derek Rice, Jacob Rice, Jasmine Cook, Isaac, Jenna Cook, Alex Smith and Tyler Smith; her brother David (Connie Vander Wall); and her siblings-in-law, Nancy VanderWall and Jimmy Lee Berkenpas. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, her in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
