Lubbers; her sister Marilyn Dykstra; her children, Clay (Jaci Lubbers), Matt (Shelly Lubbers), Christy (Bryan Berghoef) and Jon Lubbers; her grandchildren, Maggie, Seth Broekhuis, Christian Lubbers, Nicholas Lubbers, Cameron Lubbers, Andrew Lubbers, Henry Berghoef, Winston Berghoef, Charles Berghoef and Josephine Berghoef; her siblings, Betty Oase and Shirley Scholten; and her in-laws, Bob Dykstra, Gloria, Dale Boss, Jayne Lubbers, Lola, Paul Deters and Patti Peeks. She was also cherished by many extended family members and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to Zeeland Christian School, Holland Christian Schools, or the Outdoor Discovery Center.
