He is survived by: his wife Beatrice; his children, Bonnie Haskell (Bud), Mary Reynolds (Del) and James Vereeke (Stacy); his siblings, Caroline Machiela (Chester), Harriet Berens (Harv), Dorothy Weatherbee, Alma Vereeke, Arlene Westveld, David Vereeke (Marilyn), Paul, Alice Vereeke, John and Gretchen Vereeke; and his siblings-in-law, Nellie Driesenga, Roger, Barb Driesenga, Ronald, Marilyn Driesenga, Mary Lou Driesenga and Joan Atkinson. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Rose Park Baptist Church or Northern Michigan Baptist Bible Church.
