She was predeceased by: her husband Keith Mokma; her parents, Howard Oss and Joan Van Oss; and her in-laws, Lewis, Jeannette Mokma, Allen Mokma and Marilyn Mokma.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Addessi (James) of Dorr, Matt Mokma (Reba) of Hamilton and Rob Mokma (Paige) of Hudsonville; her grandchildren, Brianna Gabrion, Brendan Gabrion (Tiernan Nykamp), Madelyn Gabrion, Luciana Addessi, Giovanni Addessi, Kolton Mokma, Easton Mokma, Deacon Mokma, Kennadi Mokma, Austin Mokma and Addison Mokma; her siblings, Cal Van Oss (Jane) of Holland, Chuck Van Oss (Amy) of Hamilton, Karen Van Oss of Holland and Kristy Brown (Alan) of Holland; and her in-laws, Arnold Mokma (Marilyn) of Wooster, OH, Delbert Mokma (Betty) of Kentwood and Earl Mokma (Judy) of Zeeland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home (315 E 16th St, Holland, MI 49423-4213). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Family Church - Ebenezer Campus (5166 E Ottogan St, Holland, MI 49423).
