He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Mokma and Donna Mokma; and his stepmother Marcia Mokma. He is survived by: his son Case Mokma of Colorado; his sister Kathy Nutting (Mike) of Holland; his former wife Bonnie Batjes of Zeeland; and his nephews, Nicholas Reinink (Becca) and Nathan Hathaway. He is also survived by several aunts and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holland Christian Schools or Bethany Christian Services.
