He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence LeRoy Simerson and Fay Ella Good; and his wife Pat Simerson. He is survived by: his children, David (Lisa Simerson), Todd Simerson, Tonya (Sal Clemente) and Chris Simerson; his stepchildren, Craig Maxwell and Chris Maxwell; and his brother Everett Simerson. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
