She is survived by: her parents, Johannes Kooistra and Beverly Kooistra of Kentwood, Michigan; her husband Christopher of Holland, Michigan; her siblings, James (Jennifer Kooistra), Tammy (Rick VanBeek) and John (Heather Kooistra); her niece Maddy; and her nephews, Nicholas, Nathan, Sam, Donald, Micah and Kenton.
