She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tom, Susan Steigenga, Matt and Allison Steigenga; her son-in-law James Knooihuizen of Holland; her sister Barbara Veeneman (Gordon); and her in-laws, Hazel Steigenga Smith, Dan, LaRae Steigenga, Sally, Bruce DeWit and Andy Stellingwerf. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
