He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Sr. Lenz and Joyce Lenz (Kochanowski); and his sister Lynn Lenz. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his son Michael Louis Lenz; his stepdaughter Cynthia Keaton (Ronald); his grandchildren, Ronald "RJ" Keaton and Ali Keaton; his siblings, Paul Lenz, LeAnn and LuAnn; and his cousins, Ray Lenz (Bonnie), Richard Lenz (Becky) and Jeanie Lenz.
