He is survived by: his wife Barb; his daughter Heather McDonald Chapp (James Chapp); his sister Maureen Firth (Colin Firth); his close friend Veronica Leshan; his grandson Spencer Chapp; his nieces, Wendy O'Callaghan and Susan Roberts (Joseph Roberts); and his friend Gerrard Carpency.
